Patent and utility models infraction reports.
We advise our clients on the eventuality of infringement of third party rights, possible unauthorised encroachments by third parties, their patent rights and the most appropriate technical and legal measures to pursue and prevent any infringement. This advice, in turn, supports the development of an overall protection strategy and possible monetisation of rights, ad hoc for each client.
FTO reports
Through the Freedom to Operate report, we offer a legal opinion with a technical basis, whether the production, use, sale or import of a product in a specific geographical area may infringe the IP rights of third parties. In case of detecting some conflict, we perform an analysis of the possible alternatives to avoid it and resolve it.
Integral defense of trademarks and domain names
We have this modular tool that allows to defend brands against falsifications, usurpations, use of reputation, impairment of the brand image on the Internet and social networks. We detect the unauthorized content by means of an automated monitoring and desection system that allows analyzing the criticality of the infraction to take appropriate measures for each case.
Anti-counterfeiting
We develop strategies for the global combat of counterfeiting, by crossing information and timely detecting infractions. For this we have a team that has developed its activity in the implementation of border measures that include Customs surveillance service, the organization of operations in Customs areas and the retentions of unauthorized goods.
