As of May 8, 2023, the National Directorate of Intellectual Property (DINAPI) of Paraguay joins the 95 participating national and regional IP offices that use this tool to classify products or services before registering a trademark, offering the possibility of search and translate products and services in any of the 44 available languages ​​and verify the correct classification of the terms of the Nice Classification Agreement, which will optimize the results of the Substantive Examinations of the trademark registration applications.
